Winged Creatures

Guy Pearce. Check. Forest Whitaker. Check. Kate Beckinsdale. Check. Dakota Fanning. ehhh.
Winged Creatures was an ensemble film (similar to Crash in how multiple stories about one event lead to one final conclusion or lesson). The all-star cast, overall, delivered an all-star performance telling the story of a horrible mass-murder in a diner which 5 perspectives were observed. All had their own variation of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and by the end of the movie, their stories intertwined with eachother in ways that do not truly become clear until the final moments.
I liked this movie and I suggest everyone see it when it comes out... My only unhappiness from the movie was Fannings role. A bit robotic and not as compelling as she once was as a child, she did end up redeeming herself by the end of the movie.

My elementary grading scale: Exceeding Expectations
1-10: 7.5/8
