A struggling musician finds a new place to live and is surprised to find not only his dream girl living in the trailer out back, but a human growing from the floor of his basement. Kind of a musical/horror/comedy film, this movie is destined for cult classic status.
The problem with B-movies is that whoever is acting usually takes (insert: emotion, personality, feeling, reaction) and overdoes it. This movie has its moments like this, but overall, is very entertaining. It hits you with multiple genres of movie and they actually do blend well together. There is a scene which involves one axe handler and one victim that may be conceived as overkill, but as for the movie, that was the only tough part to watch. A new, acoustic version of Little Shop of Horrors (ish).....
